OPPORTUNITY 2.0 GRANTS PROGRAM

Determined to meet the unique learning and earning needs of vulnerable and unemployed out-of-school youth (OSY) (male, female, LGBTQ, aged 15-24 years old), USAID Opportunity 2.0 offers funding opportunities to youth-serving organizations, training service providers, and higher education institutions so that they can strengthen their programs and services for the OSY in their communities.

Opportunity 2.0 is a P1.9-billion ($37.5 million) program of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) that will improve the education, employment, and livelihood outcomes for the out-of-school youth across 12 cities in the Philippines until 2025.

It is implemented by Education Development Center (EDC), in collaboration with the Department of Education (DepEd), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Local Government Units (LGUs), and partners in the private sector.
